Genesis is a formally trained paralegal and office administrator of the firm. She is often the first contact with clients and remains actively involved in client files throughout the course of representation. She has been with the firm for 15 years.

 

A stay at home mom for many years, Genesis returned to school and obtained her A.A.S. degree in paralegal studies from Pellissippi State Technical Community College, with honors, in the spring of 2008. She was also the recipient of an academic scholarship from the Smoky Mountain Paralegal Association, served as the Co-President of the Pellissippi Paralegal Association and was the Honor Graduate of 2008. She also is a member of the Lambda Epsilon Chi Honor Society. Her experience includes legal research, title and lien research, document preparation, accountings, trial preparation and office management.
